Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1 working day (excluding weekends and holidays) after we have received your order. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
If there are any known problems that could cause potential delays, we will let you know.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment to the UK only

• Delivery within 4-5 working days: £5
• Next day delivery: £10
• Collection: Free
• Free delivery on orders over £200
• For shipment overseas, please contact us with your requirements.

Collection:

After placing your order and selecting collection at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 2-3 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our collection hours are 8:00-16:00 on Monday to Friday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

How do I check the status of my order?

We will let you know when your order has shipped and you should then receive further updates from our Courier.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at buddy@componentbuddy.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it.
