Return and Refund Policy

If you’re looking to return your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

• Clearance items are final and cannot be returned.
• Returned items must have no visible signs of use and in a resaleable condition.

To initiate a return:

You can drop us an email with your name and order number, or reply to your order confirmation email. Alternatively, you can give us a call.

Please let us know the reason for your return. We will arrange the collection of your order/ products with DPD.

Additional information:

Refunds will be processed as soon as we have received your order back and can be expected in your account within 3-5 working days.
